Linda Keller, along with her husband and two sons (Forrest and Russell), own and operate "The Crepe Crusaders" - a mobile crepe restaurant. Established in 2010, The Crepe Crusaders has quickly become a popular gourmet food truck for festivals and corporate events alike. "Our little red crepe mobile (named Stitches) includes crepe griddles ready to make up our most popular and tasty recipes." Linda and her family create the most delicious stuffed crepe sandwiches, blended fruit smoothies and, as a bonus, deliver it all with the Kellers' unique brand of humor and wit.
Linda is a Certified Culinarian and has been a proud member of the American Culinary Federation since 2005. She had been making crepes in her home for friends and family for several years when, in 2009, those same friends and family encouraged her to take her show on the road. So in 2010, that's exactly what she did. She ordered and designed a brand new state of the art food truck, signed up for every outdoor festival and tournament she could find, and then hustled her husband and two boys into coming along for the ride.
And so begins the new adventures of The Crepe Crusaders! (insert dramatic theme music here)
The boys thought we should try to do a picture as if we had an album cover. (Psst...we don't even have a band.) Tom and I felt silly; now this has actually become one of our favorite pictures. We're definitely not as cool as the boys, but us old folks gave it a try.
