Welcome to The Crepe Crusaders, based in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The Crepe Crusaders is Colorado's gourmet food truck that comes to your outdoor event and offers delicious stuffed crepes, blended smoothies and refreshing beverages.  One of our crepe sandwiches is definitely a meal, but we're betting you'll be back for a second one and hopefully a third!

Some folks have asked us what a crepe is.  Well, here's our definition: It's a 14" round, batter shell that is grilled and then stuffed with sweet or savory goodness.  It's folded American style, like a cone, so that you can eat and walk at the same time.  Some people are better at that than others. 

Other folks have asked us how crepe is pronounced.  It is pronounced KRAPE; sounding like APE or CAPE.
